SILICON SAXONY: WHERE TECHNOLOGY CONNECTS

The association stands for exciting innovations, emerging companies and smart technologies. The network with more than 550 members from the fields of microelectronics, smart systems and software, wants to change the technological world of tomorrow for the better today. Together, we shape the future.

Since 2024, we have been part of this high-tech network. Together, we are shaping the future: proactively, collaboratively, and with a clear focus on the key technologies of tomorrow.

MEGLA is particularly active in the “Artificial Intelligence” working group. AI is regarded as a key technology for sustainably improving social, economic, and ecological processes. Achieving this requires innovative solutions in hardware, software, and connectivity. In these areas the members of Silicon Saxony are jointly developing pioneering innovations.

The working group brings together extensive AI expertise, promotes knowledge exchange, and paves the way for new collaborations and business opportunities. A particular focus lies on Edge and Embedded AI: While Edge AI processes data directly at the sensor level, enabling energy-efficient, fast, and secure applications, Embedded AI, with its diverse approaches and use cases, opens up new opportunities for companies of all sizes.
