First of all, we clarify your exact requirements. We use analyses, interviews, workshops, etc. and draw on different methodologies from design thinking to story mapping or the creation of requirement specifications.

• Order and requirements clarification (requirements management)
• Co-design and implementation of requirements clarification services: e.g. workshops, interviews, concept development, evaluations, analyses, etc.
• Description of project content (in scope/out of scope)
• Definition of project phases and milestones or epics and user stories
• Preparation of project applications, including definition of vision, goals, obligations of the customer or third parties, assumptions, boundary conditions as well as participation in the development of service level descriptions

Then we create a concept. These are, for example, technical concepts, system architectures, use cases, story boards or project plans. These form the basis for a specific project order.

• Creation of epics and use cases or requirement specifications and requirement catalogues
• Definition of release plans or work breakdown structures
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops for concept development, requirements clarification and project definition
• Preparation, planning and conducting interviews with your stakeholders to clarify requirements, analysis and/or project definition, including follow-up and presentation of results
• Consulting and support in the context of digitization to find solutions for the customer (sensible use of partner products, support for digital transformation, configuration of software, optimization of data structures, etc.)
• Participation in and coordination services for the creation of technical concepts (specialist concepts)
• Derivation of goals and desired results for the implementation and introduction of digital solutions in production

Now it's time to get down to business. We plan your project together with you and carry it out. We use agile, classic or hybrid project management. A kick-off takes place to bring all stakeholders on the same page, we plan the phases, milestones, sprints and reviews.

• Creation of project goals, schedules, incl. milestones, determination of budgets and resource allocation
• Planning and implementation of status meetings, review meetings and progress checks
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders
  • If required, we can also act as interim project managers for you

The time has finally come. We complete your project and carry out the transfer to your company. This ranges from Operate & Service Management to installation and instruction of your employees to training. For now, this concludes our joint project. Afterwards, we are happy to assist you with operation and regular maintenance.

• Completion and evaluation: Completion of the project, evaluation of results and reviews with “lessons learned” to gain learnings for future projects.
• Optional coaching/ support: Accompaniment, coaching and support of project teams and project managers at your site to take over and continue the project management activities
