We process data when making contact and giving advice in the context of our activity as IT service provider.
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO - Initiation and performance of the contract
We process the data of our customers and prospective customers for the preparation of offers, execution of placed orders and invoicing of the services rendered and, if applicable, delivered goods.
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO - Fulfilment of legal obligations
We process the data of our customers and interested parties to fulfill our legal obligations.
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO - Safeguarding of legitimate interests of the company
We process the data of our customers within the scope of the general business transaction and the documentation of our activities for the customers to protect legitimate interests.
Receiver of the data
The data is sent to the tax office Sudhoff PartmbB, Zum Fürstenberg 34, 59755 Arnsberg, Germany, for the purpose of financial accounting.
Within the scope of legal obligations, the prescribed data will be passed on to governmental agencies.
Duration of storage
